# Free diagnosis

Tell us what your site is doing. We reply with the cause and a fixed quote. The diagnosis costs nothing, and you owe nothing after it.

1. You tell us what you see: the error, what changed, when it started.
2. We look, and reply with what is causing it.
3. You get a fixed price for the fix. Whether to go ahead is up to you.

You were looking at **AI search check**, which is $199. We will keep that in mind when we reply.
