It is a US company with its operations team in Asia. This page says who we are, how the work is done and what we do not claim. ## In short - We look after WordPress sites by the month and fix them at a fixed price when something breaks. - WP Ministry is a US company. The team that answers you and works on your site is in Asia, at its desks through much of the North American night. - Every price is on one page, and every job starts with a free written diagnosis. WP Ministry looks after WordPress sites and fixes them when they break. We also publish what we know: guides and error fixes written so that you can do the work yourself if you would rather. ## What we do - **Care plans.** One site, looked after every month: updates, backups, uptime monitoring and security scanning, with time for fixes and small edits on the larger plans. What each plan covers (https://wpministry.co/services/wordpress-maintenance/). - **One-time fixes.** A problem solved once, at a fixed price. A fix that does not fix it costs nothing. How a one-time fix works (https://wpministry.co/services/one-time-fix/). - **Work for agencies.** The same care under your agency's name. White label (https://wpministry.co/white-label/). - **Project work.** Development, design and advice, quoted before it starts. All services (https://wpministry.co/services/). Every price is on the pricing page (https://wpministry.co/pricing/). ## How the work is done 1. You tell us what is wrong, or what you want looked after. 2. We reply in writing with what we found and a fixed quote. The diagnosis is free. 3. If you go ahead, we do the work and tell you what we did. Plans are month to month with no minimum term. Work beyond what a plan includes is quoted before it starts. ## Who we are The company behind this site is Gigaverse Global LLC, doing business as WP Ministry.
